Processing Time: All cookies are freshly baked and custom-made to order. Orders will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday29th / Wednesday, 30th of October, just in time for your celebration.
Shipping Options: We offer both standard and express shipping options for those who prefer delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Pick-Up: Local pick-up will be available on Tuesday 29th / Wednesday, 30th of October, ensuring you receive your cookies in time. Pick-up details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
Packaging: Each cookie is individually bagged, heat-sealed for freshness, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Pre-Set Design & Custom Orders: This cookie set comes in a pre-set design, which means no customisations are available. If you’re looking for custom cookies with a unique theme or design, please contact us via our enquiry form. We’ll be happy to provide a quote and discuss creating a personalised order for your special occasion.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items: If your cookies arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up. Include a photo of the damaged cookies and the packaging, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Changes: Changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing it. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase to avoid any errors.
Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production will have started, and cancellations will not be possible.
