Cake Texture

Our cakes are a perfect balance between mud cake and butter cake. They are not as fudgy as a traditional mud cake but have a firmer texture than a soft butter cake, ensuring they hold their shape while remaining deliciously moist.

Occasionally, adjustments may be necessary based on your event location, the time of year, and the weather forecast. Please note that fondant cakes will always be filled with ganache. We will do our best to create the cake you envision, but sometimes structural limitations may apply. Rest assured, we will discuss all these options with you during the quoting process.
